Registration, Class Fees, Book Fees & Tuition Options            

Registration Fee      (includes ACSI Fee and initial academic evaluation for new students)                                                Applies to the first two students in each family (max. $330 per family)                                                Non-refundable and due at time of enrollment/reenrollment  

$115.00   Early re-enrollment February 1-February 15, 2010                             

$165.00     Registration for re-enrolling students (after February 15) and all K5 and new students (Open enrollment begins February 15, 2010)             

Book Rental Fees    Payable in full by June 1, 2010 (unless using Payment Option 3) 

Student Class Fee    Payable in Full by June 1, 2010 (unless using Payment Option 3)

(Elementary Class Fees cover classroom resources, computer, art, PE, and music classes, and the student’s yearbook. Middle and High School Class Fees cover classroom resources, PE, lockers, lab fees, the student’s yearbook, PSAT fee for 10^th and 11^th,  graduation fees for 12^th, as well as Camp Dixie retreat included for 9-12^th students.)           

Tuition Payment Options

Tuition is due the 1^st of each month. Any outstanding balances after the 11^th of each month will be considered past due

and are subject to a $25.00 late fee, which will be added to the next billing cycle. Students whose accounts are overdue will receive a notification of pending suspension on the 25^th of the month, and the suspension will be in effect on the

11^th of the following month if the account has not been made current. (Suspensions are in effect 41 days after the

Before and After School Fees          Before and After School care is available for students through Grace Child Development Center on our campus. Fees are set by the CDC and are payable to Grace CDC.
